Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (Primary Responsibility)
Own and manage Dabble’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and community pages.
Create content in various formats—posts, stories, carousels, reels, short videos, and UGC-style clips.
Develop and maintain a monthly social media calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
Track trends, audio, and formats to create relevant, engaging reels.
Write captions, brainstorm themes, and bring playful storytelling to life.
Post consistently on the Dabble Instagram Community Page and main brand pages.
Monitor DMs, comments, mentions, and tags; respond promptly to parents and customers.
2. Content Creation & Digital Storytelling
Shoot and edit reels during workshops, demos, and product features.
Work with the team to create DIY videos, behind-the-scenes clips, and creative process shots.
Edit blog posts for the website and coordinate with parents for testimonials or stories.
Maintain a library of content for ongoing campaigns and product education.
3. Community Engagement & Moderation
Manage and moderate WhatsApp parent groups and social media communities.
Foster meaningful conversations, run polls, challenges, and interactive activities.
Drive engagement through fun, sensory-based content ideas and prompts.
Plan digital community-building initiatives like contests, parent spotlights, or Q&A sessions.
4. Collaborations & Influencer Engagement
Identify and shortlist influencers, creators, and partners relevant to parenting, education, and art.
Coordinate influencer outreach, product seeding, and content follow-up.
Support co-created content such as reel collaborations, reviews, and demos.
Execute brand collaborations with stores and partner brands.
5. Marketing Support & Brand Growth
Assist in planning and promoting workshops, pop-ups, and kid-friendly events.
Work with event leads to generate new engagement and sales opportunities.
Manage and solicit reviews across channels to build online credibility.
Contribute ideas for campaigns, hashtags, moment-based marketing, and creative concepts.

Comfortable shooting and editing reels (basic editing skills sufficient).

Organized and able to manage calendars, content pipelines, and community queries.
Curious about early childhood creativity, art, and sensory play (a plus but not required).
