Assistant / Associate Manager Graphic Design

Role Overview : The Assistant / Associate Design Manager for the Nykaa Web Com team will oversee the design aspects of the Nykaa Fashion e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and user-friendly shopping experience. This role involves managing a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design.

Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

6+ years of experience in design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.

Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in the Beauty / fashion e-commerce industry.
