Our backend processes millions of reviews, runs them through AI analysis pipelines, and delivers real-time alerts and intelligence to customers worldwide. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale our platform and build the infrastructure that powers the next generation of product intelligence.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process high volumes of data reliably and efficiently.
• Develop and optimize event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing pipelines.
• Build and improve APIs that power our dashboard, integrations, and external developer SDKs.
• Implement robust data storage patterns for multi-tenant SaaS, ensuring performance, security, and isolation.
• Collaborate with the ML / AI team to integrate AI capabilities into production systems efficiently.
• Design monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure high availability and rapid incident response.
• Contribute to security best practices including authentication, authorization, and secure credential management.
• Participate in architecture decisions and help establish engineering standards as the team grows.
• Debug and resolve production issues across distributed systems.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
