Role Overview
The Manager – Meta Ads will lead strategy, execution, optimization, and performance delivery across Facebook & Instagram advertising for Auburn’s key clients. This role requires deep expertise in Meta’s advertising ecosystem, strong data interpretation skills, and the ability to drive large-scale performance campaigns with efficiency and precision.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading client strategy, managing high-budget portfolios, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring flawless delivery across all Meta campaigns. They must be proactive, analytical, creative, and capable of owning performance outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Leadership & Planning
- Develop advanced Meta Ads strategies spanning the full marketing funnel — awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Build media plans, forecasting models, and scaling frameworks for high-growth clients.
- Conduct deep audience research, competitor analysis, and strategic segmentation.
- Work closely with data teams to leverage analytics for sharper targeting and improved campaign logic.
2. Campaign Execution & Oversight
Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.Guide the team in creating and testing ad creatives, messaging variations, and experiment structures.Ensure pixel, custom events, and GTM tracking are set up and functioning flawlessly.Maintain campaign hygiene, structure, and governance standards across all client accounts.3. Performance Optimization & Scaling
Own daily, weekly, and monthly campaign optimization to achieve target CPA, ROAS, and revenue milestones.Design and implement structured A / B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing experiences.Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.Diagnose performance fluctuations quickly and implement solutions proactively.4. Reporting, Insights & Client Communication
Deliver comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Present findings to clients and internal leadership with clarity and confidence.Develop dashboards and performance snapshots using Excel, Sheets, Looker Studio, or other tools.Guide clients on best practices, expected outcomes, and long-term growth planning.5. Team Management & Collaboration
Mentor, train, and support junior analysts / executives working on Meta campaigns.Collaborate with creative teams for better ad concepts, messaging, and experiments.Work with tech and analytics teams to ensure advanced tracking and attribution setups.Coordinate closely with the Head of Performance Marketing on strategy, pipeline, and innovation.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or similar.Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (agency background strongly preferred).Proven track record of delivering high-ROI campaigns at scale.Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Custom Events, and GTM .Hands-on experience in designing, testing, and scaling creative and audience experiments.Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint / reporting decks.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Mandatory : Experience managing large-scale budgets of ₹1 crore+ / month for E-commerce, D2C, or App-based clients.Preferred Qualities
