The role involves to support employee life cycle activities involving data, systems & people. We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented person to work on HR systems and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Information management, updating, audits, QC and validation
- HRMS system handling, upkeep & maintenance
- Working on Power Bi, Excel, PPT for HR MIS dashboards
- Identify & rectify data gaps and inconsistencies
- Handle HR transactions and documentation
Requirements :
Graduate or Postgraduate in any field6months to 1year experienceStrong proficiency in MS Office, predominantly in Excel + PowerPointWorking knowledge on Power Bi, Web apps / AI tools such as Canva is an added advantageGood analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to think cross functionalSoft Skills :
