CSRBOX - Associate Manager - Employee Volunteering - Program & Impact Programs

Ahmedabad The is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Associate Manager Employee Volunteering Program & Impact Programs. The candidate will be responsible for designing, managing, and scaling employee volunteering initiatives, as well as leading CSR projects across thematic areas. This role demands strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills to deliver impactful programs in partnership with corporates, NGOs, and government Strategy & Co-develop and execute CSR strategies aligned with corporate partners goals and CSR mandates.

• Design and manage impactful projects across thematic areas such as education, employability, healthcare, environment, and technology.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on CSR project impact and outcomes.

Employee Volunteering Programs (EVP)

Strategic Growth & Build and sustain partnerships with corporates, foundations, NGOs, academic institutions, and government bodies.

Project Management & Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Communication & Prepare impact reports, case studies, and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Support in preparing and managing project budgets.

Mandatory Qualification And Bachelors / Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related field.
