Documentation Engineer

Do you want to work with technical communication and make complex information understandable and user-friendly? We are now looking for a Technical Writer with experience in developing documentation for technology products and the ability to manage mid-complexity tasks independently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with developers and subject-matter experts, structuring information from multiple stakeholders, and contributing to improvements in documentation processes.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲

As a Technical Writer, you will work independently with minimal supervision and proactively seek clarification where needed. You will gather information from developers, testers, and product experts and use it to develop well-structured documentation. You will also support trainee writers and participate in internal content reviews.

Your responsibilities include :

• Developing documentation for complex, multi-stage procedures
• Working independently while collaborating with technical experts
• Analysing and refining information from multiple sources
• Contributing to content analysis and illustrations
• Following documentation processes and suggesting improvements
• Supporting and mentoring trainee writers
• Participating in content reviews to ensure accuracy and quality
