Job Description

We’re hiring a full-stack performance marketer who can run complete digital growth for brands — from traffic generation to conversions — while ensuring sharp communication and client coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Run Meta + Google campaigns end-to-end
• Build funnels (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU) & retargeting clusters
• Drive CRO : landing page improvements, A / B tests, funnel fixes
• Build & direct brand communication for ads
• Coordinate with clients monthly (strategy approval + reporting)
• Manage creatives, briefs & internal team workflows
• Track KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
• Present monthly growth plans & insights
