Job descriptionMaintain attendance records and enforce company leave policies. Ensure employees follow office timings and discipline guidelines. Address late-coming, absenteeism, and behavioural issues professionally. Monitor employee performance and share reports with management. Conduct monthly meetings to evaluate target achievements. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and resolutions. Maintain HR records, employee files, and contract agreements. Generate reports on recruitment, performance, and employee retention. Implement and update HR policies as per management direction. Ensure a productive, positive, and professional work environment. Conduct training sessions, motivational activities, and team-building tasks. Ensure HR compliance, company rules, and ethical standards are followed. Strong communication & leadership skills Knowledge of HR policies and labour rules Excellent coordination & documentation abilities Problem-solving and conflict-handling skills Professional behaviour and decision-making ability 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (films / production / media industry is a plus). Full-time office-based role Ability to handle pressure and maintain discipline among staff

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR-related functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The role requires a responsible, proactive, and disciplined individual who can maintain smooth operations and support the company’s growth.
