Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management : Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
- Recruitment & Staffing : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
- HR Operations & Compliance : Administer HR policies and procedures;
ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Relations : Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, facilitating resolutions through effective communication and conflict management.Performance Management : Support performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and provide guidance on improvement plans.Training & Development : Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs, including induction, skills development, and leadership training.Payroll & Benefits Administration : Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and ensure timely disbursements in compliance with statutory requirements.HR Reporting : Prepare and present HR reports related to employee performance, attrition, engagement, and other key metrics.Employee Engagement & Retention : Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies to maintain high morale and productivity levels.Policy Development & Implementation : Work closely with senior management to review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.Preferred candidate profile
BPO Experience : Prior experience in HR within a BPO environment is a significant advantage.Employee Engagement Expertise : Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and retention strategies.Problem Solving : Experience managing complex employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
