Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Recruiter with experience in blue collar hiring to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with operations / HR teams.
• Coordinate and manage high-volume hiring drives in campus or walk-in interviews.
• Build and manage a reliable database of candidates through on-field mobilization and registration of candidates through campus connect program.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
• Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and weekly recruitment reports.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast hiring needs.
• Proven experience in blue collar / field hiring (minimum 2 year preferred)
• Familiarity with local job market and recruitment channels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring goal.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluency in Hindi / English language.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives.
