Job description

As a

Digital Account Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between EvolutionCo and its clients. You will assist the client servicing team in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client management and digital marketing.

Role & responsibilities

Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and discuss future plans.

Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and senior management.

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to provide clients with informed advice and solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

0-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.

Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred

Experience in Social Media, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Certification in Digital Marketing or Account Management.
