💡 What You’ll Do

🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT functions — including Tech, Product, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing

🔹 Partner with clients to understand business needs and deliver the right talent solutions

🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks

🔹 Conduct interviews, manage offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience

🔹 Maintain recruitment dashboards and build long-term relationships with clients & candidates

🎯 What You’ll Bring

✅ 2–6 years of experience in IT and / or Non-IT recruitment (mid to leadership roles preferred)

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive approach

✅ Passion for recruitment, networking, and building lasting professional relationships
