We are seeking a visionary Senior Creative Strategist to define the creative future of our brand. Reporting directly to [e.g., CMO / Head of Marketing], you will be the ultimate owner of our brand voice, campaign narratives, and creative standards. This role requires a broad, strategic view to translate business goals into compelling, high-impact consumer experiences across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Strategy
Campaign Architecture : Design the core campaign idea and overarching creative narrative that guides all marketing efforts (from concept to execution).
Brand Voice Governance : Establish, document, and enforce the holistic brand voice, tone, and personality across every consumer touchpoint and creative asset.
Creative Briefing : Develop inspiring and insightful creative briefs that clearly articulate the strategic challenge and execution expectations for internal and external teams.
Performance Insight : Connect creative performance data (e.g., ad copy CTR, sentiment) directly to brand health and business ROI, using insights to continually refine strategy.
Integrated Channel Ownership
Influencer Strategy : Define the strategic role of influencers, developing the macro-level themes, messaging, and engagement tiers to integrate them into campaign narratives seamlessly.
Advertising Creative : Direct the creative idea and strategic messaging for all ad copy, ensuring all paid media assets adhere to the established brand strategy and performance goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Act as the primary creative strategy partner for the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, ensuring creative alignment across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves
5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, or relevant roles within an agency or in-house marketing team.
Proven ability to design and launch large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns from the conceptual phase to market launch.
Exceptional skills in translating complex business challenges into simple, emotional, and compelling creative ideas.
A strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of brand voice development and multi-channel creative direction.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience managing and mentoring junior strategists or creative teams.
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS) and how creative influences them.
