The TA Lead – India plays a critical role in driving talent acquisition to support business growth and workforce planning across the region.
This position ensures the delivery of high-quality recruitment outcomes by partnering with business, optimizing sourcing strategies, and enhancing candidate experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities & Key Performance Outcomes
Talent Strategy & Planning
- Partner with business and HR leadership to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities for India
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business growth and diversity goals
- Define key hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality-of-hire) and continuously improve outcomes. Partner with US TA Head and US HRIS team on reporting
End-to-End Recruitment Execution
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboardingOwnership of data integrity in Workday ATS for India recruitmentPartner with US TA head on pipeline and requisition pull through metricsOwn hands-on hiring for niche and senior technology roles (AI / ML engineers, data scientists, full stack developers, etc.)Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job postings and interview frameworkEnsure smooth coordination with HR operations and onboarding teamsSourcing & Market Intelligence
Use advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire EZ, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri, Boolean, etc.) to identify and engage high-quality talentBuild and maintain an active talent pipeline for critical roles using HireEZ and Workday toolsProvide real-time market insights—salary benchmarks, skill availability, and competitor hiring trendsStakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to functional leaders and hiring managersConduct regular hiring cadence reviews, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to the country HR head and Talent Acquisition head in USCandidate Experience & Employer Branding
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Partner with US TA head to ensure candidate experience is world-class and consistentPartner with the US TA Head to strengthen Lyric's employer brand presence on social media and professional platformsTeam Leadership (if applicable)
Mentor and guide junior recruiters or coordinators, fostering a culture of ownership and excellenceDrive performance metrics and capability building within the TA functionRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, in Human resourcesMinimum of eight (8) years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior individual contributor roleWorkday experiencePreferred Qualifications
