Business Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients regarding services, solutions, and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
• Analyze client feedback and propose strategies for improving service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in alignment with company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally for invoicing, billing, and client transactions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any billing or payment issues.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and progress.
