Sales Support : Assist in preparing proposals, sales decks, and follow-up communications to drive the sales pipeline. CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools. Collaboration : Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and support go-to-market efforts. Reporting : Track outreach metrics and prepare weekly updates on sales activities and client feedback. Educational Background : Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA with a specialization in Sales or Marketing. Interest in Tech Sales : A strong interest in B2B sales, especially in the AI, BFSI, and Real Estate sectors. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Work Ethic : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Tech Familiarity : Basic understanding of CRM tools, outreach, and digital sales channels is a plus. Adaptability : Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to feedback and new challenges. On-Site Exposure : Work closely with the core team at our Delhi office and experience the fast-paced environment of a growing AI startup. Real-World Experience : Engage in live sales processes, client meetings, and market outreach in high-impact industries like BFSI and Real Estate. Mentorship & Learning : Receive guidance from experienced professionals in sales, product, and leadership roles, fostering both personal and professional growth.
