Job description15+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team of project managers. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) preferred. Proven track record of managing large, complex projects from initiation to completion. Communication and Interpersonal skills. Strong financial management and budgetary skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. KPI : Percentage of projects delivered on or ahead of schedule. Target : 95% of projects completed within the defined timeline. Budget Adherence : KPI : Percentage of projects delivered within the approved budget. Target : 90% of projects completed within or below budget. Project Quality : KPI : Percentage of projects meeting quality standards without major revisions. Target : 98% of projects delivered without major post-delivery changes. Stakeholder Satisfaction : KPI : Stakeholder satisfaction score (via surveys or feedback forms). Target : Achieve a stakeholder satisfaction rate of 85% or higher. Risk Mitigation : KPI : Percentage of identified risks mitigated before impacting the project. Target : 90% of risks successfully mitigated. Team Performance & Engagement : KPI : Employee engagement score for project teams. Target : Achieve an engagement score of 80% or higher, with low turnover among project managers and team members.
