Job descriptionFresher (including students of Marketing, Mass Communication, or Journalism) or candidates with strong research & analytical skill with 1-3 years experience in market research, program development, report writing, curating events program, marketing collaterals Experience / comfortable in telephone based research Confident communicator with excellent written and oral skills (Confident in interacting with the CXO community ) Creative thinking and solution orientated personality Great collaborator, strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptable in a fast-paced, start-up environment and passion for emerging tech related projects / events (B2B) Willingness to travel internationally Experience in working with Middle East, APAC, US, UK and European market is an advantage
As the program & community engagement associate at Crafting Dialogue, you will work with a highly experienced and passionate team on global projects and B2B conferences.
Mon-Fri | 10 am -7 PM | In-office- Koregaon Park, Pune
(Note : We are considering freshers and applicants with a maximum three years experience.)
What you'll do
- Work with the Program Director on dialogues & executive boardrooms in a fast-paced and highly intensive requirement
- Conducts extensive primary & secondary market research on identified topics and present it to the management
- Competitive analysis and assess respective industry trends & opportunities (SWOT analysis)
- Draft conference content program & invite C-Level Thought Leaders
- Serves as the project lead and coordinate with respective teams members on meeting the deadlines.
- Develop original and engaging content for the project ( Blogs, PR, website content etc)
- End-to-End project execution, including traveling on-site (international)
