We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Engineering Manager to lead and grow our talented

software engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering a high-

performing team culture, driving technical excellence, and overseeing the delivery of complex,

scalable, and high-quality web applications and services. You will empower and guide a diverse

team comprising Full Stack Java Engineers, ensuring alignment with product goals and

architectural vision.

This position requires a blend of strong technical acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a

passion for developing engineers and delivering innovative solutions.

Experience :

10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, including at least 3+ years in a

technical leadership or engineering management role.

Location :

Can be located in any of the following cities : Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Chennai. Hybrid

Qualification :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical

field, or equivalent practical experience.
