About the role : Key Responsibilities

Own the entire Business Central environment, including customisations, integrations, and workflows and Serve as the organisation’s lead BC expert and main contact for all requirements.

Analyse and improve processes across e-commerce, operations, and finance , turning business needs into functional specs and work with developers to deliver solutions.

Build and lead an internal BC development team and manage all third-party and system integrations.

Ensure reliable operations and ongoing improvement of BC and keep up with new BC features and best practices.

Train and support users to maximise adoption.

What we're looking for?

Experience in e-commerce or retail industry environments.

Project management experience or relevant certification.

Understanding of Indian statutory and compliance requirements related to finance and operations.

Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
