Part Time -Senior Oracle BPM Devleoper

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle BPM Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle BPM Suite, middleware integrations, and workflow orchestration, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver robust and scalable business process solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance complex BPMN workflows using Oracle BPM Suite (12c).

Develop and maintain middleware integration components using SOA Suite (BPEL / OSB) and Java.

Architect and manage enterprise workflow systems, including role-based access control and human task management.

Support configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of WebLogic Server and related infrastructure.

Implement process versioning, migration strategies, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to align BPM solutions with organizational goals.

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable BPM implementations through best practices.

Must-Have Skills

5–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle BPM Suite (12c) in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in BPMN process design, workflow automation, and orchestration.

Solid proficiency with SOA Suite technologies, including BPEL and OSB.

Working experience with Java (integration-oriented development).

Experience managing and deploying components on WebLogic Server.

Proven ability to build stable, scalable, and maintainable BPM solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

Experience developing custom adapters for integrations.

Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.
