About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and drive people outcomes aligned to business goals. This role requires strong cross-functional HR expertise, an ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, and experience in high-growth, dynamic environments.
The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, owning end-to-end people initiatives across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, capability building, and people analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Partnership
- Partner with business and functional leaders to align HR strategy with organizational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Translate business needs into scalable people processes and interventions.
Talent Management & Development
Drive end-to-end talent lifecycle including hiring strategy, onboarding, performance management, promotions, and exits.Design and implement performance management frameworks and capability-building programs.Identify high-potential talent and support leadership development initiatives.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Work closely with recruitment teams to drive hiring strategies for critical roles.Ensure timely and quality hiring aligned with business growth plans.Provide insights on workforce demands, productivity, and cost optimization.Employee Engagement & Culture
Own employee engagement initiatives and drive a high-performance, values-driven culture.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.Serve as a culture champion while balancing empathy and business needs.HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR operations including policies, payroll coordination, compensation planning, and compliance.Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.Continuously improve HR processes for scalability and efficiency.Data, Analytics & Reporting
Use people analytics and HR metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.Track key HR KPIs related to hiring, attrition, performance, and engagement.Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier-A Business School (XLRI, TISS, IIMs, ISB, SCMHRD, etc.).7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HRBP or leadership-facing role .Strong cross-functional exposure across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, and talent development.Prior experience in fast-growing startups, tech-enabled businesses, or complex organizations is preferred.Skills & Competencies
