E-commerce Account Specialist

Role : E-commerce Account Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Specialist to manage our presence across leading marketplaces like Flipkart, Nykaa, and Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, etc.). You’ll be at the forefront of driving visibility, conversions, and revenue for some of the most innovative personal care products in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Manage and optimize listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across platforms
• ✅ Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, and returns
• ✅ Collaborate with internal teams (design, ops, marketing) for catalog updates and campaign execution
• ✅ Liaise with marketplace account managers for strategic growth initiatives
• ✅ Analyze platform performance and propose data-driven solutions
• ✅ Ensure compliance with platform policies and manage issue resolution (returns, penalties, etc.)
