As part of our growing creative team, you’ll design the visuals that power this movement — from product interfaces and marketing campaigns to storytelling that captures imagination and trust.

A versatile and detail-obsessed Visual Designer who loves turning ideas into visuals that educate, inspire, and convert.

You understand balance, proportion, and brand consistency. You can move fast, collaborate deeply, and bring structure to creativity.

If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, design systems, and meaningful impact, this is your stage.

Experience :

Minimum 3 years of hands-on design experience (preferably in startups, agencies, or product-based companies)

Proven track record in branding, social media design, digital campaigns, and marketing visuals

Core Skills (Must-Have) :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma / Canva

Strong command over layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Expertise in digital content design — social media posts, banners, ads, landing pages, presentations

Skilled in illustration, sketching, vector graphics, and visual storytelling

Ability to translate ideas into cohesive brand visuals across platforms

Proficiency in motion design, basic animations, and short-form video editing

Ability to design high-quality flyers, brochures, posters, and other print materials

Keen eye for detail, precision, alignment, and brand consistency

Strong sense of speed and quality — deliver quickly without compromising craft

Experience with motion graphics or short video editing (Reels, Ads, YouTube intros)

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end collaboration.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience designing dashboards, CRM, or LMS platforms.

Experience in EdTech, eLearning, or youth-focused brands

What You’ll Do :

Design marketing and social media graphics for campaigns, events, and announcements

Create course visuals, infographics, and illustrations for digital learning materials

Maintain and expand Code Mantra’s brand identity system (icons, color palette, typography, design rules)

Collaborate closely with the UI / UX and marketing teams for visual consistency

Experiment with motion, animations, and modern formats for storytelling

Turn complex ideas into clean, emotionally engaging visuals

Push creative boundaries — and help make learning look beautiful
