Job description

Responsibilities :

Assist the chef in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes
Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
Chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for cooking
Assist in marinating, seasoning, and stir-frying dishes
Monitor cooking processes, such as steaming, deep-frying, and braising
Plate and garnish dishes according to presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements :

Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques

Familiarity with various Chinese sauces, spices, and ingredients

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Attention to detail and strong culinary skills

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
