Job descriptionFill online portals + upload required documents correctly Coordinate with suppliers / DMCs for submission, status, corrections Prepare supporting docs : Cover letters, declarations, itineraries, insurance Maintain MIS / trackers and ensure TAT & SLA commitments Collaborate with sales & operations for quotes / invoicing / payment closure 2–3 years of experience in visa processing (GCC preferred) Excellent documentation, accuracy and communication skills MS Excel & Word proficiency; Comfort using online e-visa portals & quick learning ability Experience with UAE / Oman / Qatar / Bahrain visas Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA / UFTAA Basic FRRO, OK-to-Board, GDS exposure Are process-driven, organized and calm under deadlines Like back-office excellence & customer-first delivery Want growth within Visa Operations / Product / Partner Management Structured GCC & Global e-Visa training Work with international DMC partners Clear career progression path
Position : Visa Executive – GCC & E-Visa Processing
Location : Amanora Chambers, Magarpatta Road, Pune (On-site)
Experience : 2–3 years
Salary : ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
📌 Preference : Candidates who can join immediately

What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end GCC & e-Visa files – primarily UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and other online visa destinations
- Create and share checklists ;
verify documentation accuracy
