Job descriptionUnderstand the brand’s needs, marketing maturity & pain points. Schedule discovery calls for the Growth team. Capture insights and share requirement briefs for pitch teams. Track industry trends, upcoming brands, new launches, D2C hotshots and agencies. Maintain daily / weekly reports on opportunities and brand movements. Work with creative teams to send samples of work. Share previous campaigns, case studies, reel links & influencer decks. Represent Mad Men Marketing with high energy & professionalism. Ensure every brand in the pipeline is nurtured. Follow up on proposals, meetings & pitch decks. Support the Growth Team until handover to the servicing team. Excellent communicator (English + Hindi). Highly confident, energetic & people-friendly. Wants to grow in the marketing, creative, influencer, and advertising industries. Comfortable with outreach, cold calling, prospecting & research. Quick learner who can talk marketing with ease. Fastest career track in the agency world. Learn pitching, strategy, marketing, brands, content & influencer ecosystems. Daily exposure to senior leadership + creative directors. High incentives + insane growth potential. Become a Mad Growth Hacker → Growth Lead → Business Director in a short time if you're good.
