Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

Regularly update and manage social media accounts to boost brand visibility.

  • Create engaging posts and content tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Content Creation :

Develop compelling and relevant content for blogs, social media, emails, and websites.

  • Ensure content consistency and quality across all digital channels.
  • Website Management :

    Update website content regularly and maintain accurate, attractive, and SEO-friendly web pages.

  • Assist with basic website maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) :

    Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing web content to improve organic visibility.

  • Support the execution of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Graphic Design using Canva :

    Create attractive social media posts, posters, flyers, banners, and short videos using Canva.

  • Ensure visual consistency and brand guidelines across all graphic content.
  • Paid Advertising :

    Assist in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Monitor ad performance and help in optimizing campaigns for better results.
  • Email Marketing :

    Support in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.

  • Analyze email metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting :

    Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

  • Create basic reports highlighting insights and key performance indicators.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork :

    Work closely with internal teams (design, sales, content) to implement cohesive marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate effectively with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
  • Requirements

  • 3. Digital Marketing Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • 4. Analytical Abilities :

  • Experience in setting up and analyzing A / B tests for digital campaigns.
  • 5. SEO Expertise :

  • Proven experience in conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and improving organic search performance.
