Full-stack developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Guidewire , Java , and Angular (or other modern frontend frameworks). The ideal candidate will work closely with global teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance applications using Guidewire (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) configuration and integration capabilities.

Build scalable backend services using Java / J2EE .

Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular or similar modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide estimations, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices.

Work in an Agile / Scrum environment and align with US-based stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

3–8 years of total development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire (PC / BC / CC) — configuration, integration, GOSU scripting, and Guidewire tools.

Solid experience in Java , Spring / Spring Boot , and object-oriented programming concepts.

Proficiency in Angular or any modern frontend JavaScript framework.

Experience with REST APIs , microservices, and integration patterns.

Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Ability to collaborate effectively with US stakeholders with at least 4 hours daily time overlap .
