Job Description : -
Project planning and initiation : Collaborating with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and initiating the project.
Execution and oversight : Overseeing the daily execution of the various projects, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting issues as they arise to keep the project on track.
Team leadership : Leading and coordinating team of Site Supervisors / Contractors, which may include engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution.
Communication and stakeholder management : Maintaining clear and consistent communication with End Client, providing status updates on progress to company head office.
Quality assurance : Ensuring that all installations meet required standards, quality benchmarks, and project deliverables are completed correctly.
Required Skills :
Education : A Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Safety Engineering is often preferred
Experience : Relevant hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire safety, firefighting, and electronic security systems (CCTV, access control)
