Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager (CFO Track)

Location : Chembur, Mumbai

Experience : 3–6 years | Education : CA preferred / MBA Finance / CFA

About the Role

Ltd., a fast-scaling technology and defense solutions company, we are looking for a strategic and analytically strong FP&A Manager to partner closely with leadership in driving financial control, forecasting, and long-term business accounting planning. This role is designed for a high-potential individual on a CFO-track who can bring financial clarity, insight, and discipline to a multi-vertical company operating at the intersection of innovation, government projects, and high-impact technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Business Strategy

• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-project financial modeling.
• Work closely with founders and BU heads to drive financial discipline and long-term planning.
• Build data-driven dashboards and board-level presentations to monitor cash flow, profitability, and runway.
