Job Description :
Talent Recruitment Intern is responsible to meet the hiring needs by sourcing the right candidates via various sourcing channels, support the entire screening and recruitment process till joining, adhere to hiring SLA and KPIs, provide great candidate experience etc..
Key responsibilities :
Candidate Sourcing and Screening : Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, review resumes, and conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications and interest.
Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and manage interview logistics.
Administrative Support : Maintain and update candidate records in the Trackers / Spreadsheets and other databases.
Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
Collaboration : Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support their recruitment needs
