This business is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytms PA PG business in the Indian merchants.

About the team :

You will be part of Paytm Payments Services Limited which enables crores of online merchants to offer world class frictionless payment experience to their customers. We are present across large enterprises and startups including well known unicorns. This team is responsible to handle smooth operational efficiency and procuring codes from Acquiring banks & configuration of codes in the system for online merchants to complete the transaction via multiple pay modes i.e. cards, NB, UPI, Wallet, etc.

About the role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented KYC & KYB Verification Specialist to join our Operations team. This role will involve performing comprehensive merchant and business verifications to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of KYC and KYB processes.

Expectations / Requirements :

• Conduct thorough KYC and KYB verification processes for new and existing clients.
• Analyze documentation and data to assess customer and business risk levels.
• Monitor and update customer records to maintain compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues during the verification process.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on verification activities and findings.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC and KYB.
• Assist in the development and implementation of KYC / KYB policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions to educate staff on KYC and KYB requirements.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field.
