KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Warmly welcome customers and provide inspiring shopping experiences to fans of all ages. Understand individual customer needs, present the LEGO product range, and highlight additional benefits of purchasing LEGO products. Collaborate with other sales associates to ensure the best possible service for LEGO customers. Act in accordance with company procedures and guidelines provided by your supervisor. Ensure the store back-office is organized and maintain product availability on the sales floor. Address customer complaints and escalate difficult situations to a supervisor. Follow health and safety procedures (BHP).
DESIRED PROFILE :
Previous retail experience is preferred Be a brand ambassador and represent the values of LEGO. Excellent customer service skills. Great at organisational and communication skills. Basic computer skills are an advantage. Experience working with children is a plus.
