Role & responsibilities
- Develop and manage a strong dealer / distributor network in the region
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Develop strong relationships with architects interior designers builders and project consultants for product specifications
- Handle B2B as well as B2C sales based on the region's demand
- Execute promotional activities and participate in exhibitions and trade shows
- Monitor collections and ensure timely payments
- Prepare sales forecasts reports and market analysis
- Provide training and support to channel partners and field staff
