- Coordinating in-store promotional activities for new releases & special products.
- Conceptualizing visual merchandising displays , high-end store Image.
- Planning and monitoring store operations of receipt, storage, return of the unsold stock, and inventory control.
- Managing customer-centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Attending to customers’ complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
- Works closely with customers to determine their needs.
- Serve customers by helping them select products.
- Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling & sharing of product knowledge.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Greets & receives customers in a welcoming manner.
