Senior Product Analytics Associate

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define, track, and report success metrics and product KPIs.
• Extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets (user, transaction, performance data) to uncover actionable insights.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform product roadmaps and backlog prioritization.
• Design and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and performance reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Evaluate product experiments, measure impact, and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Advocate for standardized data definitions and metrics across product teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and drive strategic, data-informed decisions.
• Continuously monitor release metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement.
