About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT (Tech, Product, Data, etc.) and Non-IT (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) roles.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
• Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
