Senior Application Support Specialist

Job Description :

• Proven hands-on experience in L3 application support within Windows Server environments
• Strong knowledge of :
• Windows Server administration
• IIS configuration
• Windows Services
• Legacy Microsoft ecosystems (e.G., .NET 2.0 / 3.5, IIS 7.0)
• Experience with Windows patching and update management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.G., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools and practices (CI / CD, version control, scripting).
• Exposure to AWS and containerisation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.
