Job Title : Horticulture Manger & Garden Supervisor.

Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for Horticulture Manager, someone looking to contribute to a major horticultural initiative. Your expertise in plant biology, soil science, pest management, and landscape design will be crucial in creating and maintaining a vibrant and sustainable green environment.

Education Qualification & Experience :

Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant experience as a Horticulture Executive / Manager.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and build positive working relationships.

Proven experience in horticulture or a similar role in hospitals, schools, hotels, etc.

Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil science, and integrated pest management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and planning planting schedules and environments to ensure optimal growth and health of plants and seasonal requirements. Supervise the horticulture and gardening activities of the designated staff.

Regularly inspect plants for pests and diseases. Develop and implement integrated pest control strategies.

Develop and maintain efficient irrigation and watering systems. Monitor water usage to ensure effective conservation and plant health.

Location : Guntur Andhra Pradesh
