Client Solutions Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team in overseeing and driving the successful delivery of background verification programs for our clients. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of background verification projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting client requirements, and continuously optimizing processes to improve service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Strategy :

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client-specific background verification programs.
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient execution of verification projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Identify key project risks and work to mitigate them, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
