Presales Consultant - Salesforce

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs, technical landscape, and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into high-level Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and proof-of-concept configurations to showcase solution capabilities.
• Create and present solution architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and technical documentation during the pre-sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery, and technical) to develop proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and pricing estimates.
• Stay current on Salesforce products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
• Assist in responding to RFPs / RFIs and provide input on strategic sales messaging and proposals.
• Present demos and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating value and expected outcomes.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and solution playbooks to streamline the sales-to-delivery handover.
• Support the Sales team in closing opportunities by bringing domain expertise and platform insight into every stage of the sales cycle.
• Assist in pricing, licensing consultations, and project scoping exercises.
• Participate in capability presentations, webinars, and prospect Q&A sessions as the Salesforce SME
