✨ What You’ll Work On

• Develop and enhance AI-driven solutions using Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, NLU, and AI Search.
• Build and optimize intelligent workflows using Flow Designer and automation frameworks.
• Integrate LLM-based models with ServiceNow using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and custom scripts.
• Train and deploy predictive models for classification, clustering, and incident intelligence.
• Design conversational experiences using Virtual Agent and NLU Studio.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
