What You’ll Do

Own the Stack : Build and maintain our Django / DRF backend , React web app , and React Native mobile app .

Ship AI : Integrate real-time Speech AI and ML models into consumer-facing products.

Architect : Design scalable REST APIs and clean PostgreSQL schemas.

Build Culture : Work directly with founders to define the engineering roadmap and coding standards.

Must-Have

1+ Years Experience : Proven history of shipping full-stack applications.

Python Master : Deep familiarity with Django & DRF (Django Rest Framework).

Frontend Pro : Solid React.js experience (Redux / Zustand).

Mobile Ready : Experience with React Native (or a strong willingness to learn it fast).

Database Skills : Comfortable with PostgreSQL and complex queries.
