Industry : Renewable Energy | 💼 Experience : 1+ Year | CTC : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

At WindStream Energy Technologies, we are redefining renewable energy solutions with innovation, purpose, and sustainability. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with around 1 year of experience to join our growing team and help drive a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Assist in employee engagement, attendance tracking, and leave management

Maintain and update HR records and documentation

Coordinate performance management and employee feedback cycles

Help in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance

Provide general support in daily HR operations

Requirements

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1+ year of experience in an HR role (preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment)

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools

Proactive mindset and a passion for people-centric work
