Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Executive for our operations in the manufacturing industry, based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce by implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) : Proficient in managing employee interactions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.

- Lean Manufacturing Processes : Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance HR efficiency and reduce waste.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the manufacturing unit.Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is hiring the best talent available.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues within the workforce.Oversee compensation and benefit plans to attract and retain talent, and manage negotiations with employees.Ensure compliance with labor regulations to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.Utilize HR data analytics to optimize HR processes and improve effectiveness in organizational strategies.Collaborate with production management to offer HR expertise on lean processes and workforce optimization.Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
