Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Executive for our operations in the manufacturing industry, based in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce by implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) : Proficient in managing employee interactions, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration (Mandatory skill) : Capable of designing and managing competitive compensation and benefits packages for employees.
  • Recruiting (Mandatory skill) : Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates in alignment with company culture and dynamics.
  • Labor Law Compliance : Knowledgeable in local and national labor laws to ensure organizational compliance with employment regulations.
  • Lean Manufacturing Processes : Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance HR efficiency and reduce waste.
  • HR Data Analytics : Ability to analyze HR metrics to inform decision making and strategic planning.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HR-related challenges effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy of the manufacturing unit.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is hiring the best talent available.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues within the workforce.
  • Oversee compensation and benefit plans to attract and retain talent, and manage negotiations with employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Utilize HR data analytics to optimize HR processes and improve effectiveness in organizational strategies.
  • Collaborate with production management to offer HR expertise on lean processes and workforce optimization.
