MDM Governance Implementation Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a technically inclined Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Master Data Governance Platform . The role requires strong project management capabilities combined with a solid understanding of technology frameworks (Java, JSP, APIs, and integrations) and prior experience in implementing leading MDM solutions .

You will be responsible for ensuring that our governance tool is deployed successfully across complex enterprise environments managing integrations, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring alignment between business users and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MDM governance tool implementation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and customer IT stakeholders.
• Understand and guide technical design discussions, including Java / JSP-based frameworks and integration patterns (REST, APIs, middleware) .
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Ensure solution deployment aligns with data governance and data quality best practices.
• Provide clear communication, project status updates, and escalation management for clients.
• Support product configuration, testing, and validation with internal and customer teams.
