This role involves leading integrated media planning across digital and influencer channels, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns that align with client objectives. You will oversee scope, planning, budgeting, and initiation of projects while managing resources, clients, and teams to deliver impactful solutions. Collaboration across departments is key to achieving quality standards and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own client requirements for integrated marketing strategies , combining influencer marketing, digital advertising, and media planning.
  • Develop and implement holistic media plans that integrate digital, influencer, and performance marketing, aligned with client business objectives.
  • Plan and supervise cross-channel campaigns , including online and offline events, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Conceptualize and deliver end-to-end communication strategies tied to campaign KPIs and brand goals.
  • Guide the team in research, insights, and day-to-day campaign planning for integrated media solutions.
  • Negotiate with media publishers and platforms for optimal placements and pricing.
  • Participate in new business pitches , showcasing integrated media planning expertise.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients to foster collaboration and trust.

Profile Requirements :

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in media planning and digital marketing .
  • Postgraduate degree / diploma in Advertising, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing and media planning principles across digital and influencer ecosystems.
  • Experience leveraging technology and analytics to connect with target audience segments.
  • Proficiency in digital media planning tools and trafficking software (e.g., DoubleClick / DART or equivalent), Similarweb, and ComScore.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Strong research and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resourceful problem solver with a strategic mindset.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives under pressure.
  • Experience in performance and programmatic media planning is a plus.
