Site Engineer

Job Title : Erection Engineer – PEB

Location : Various Project Sites (as per company requirement)

Job Purpose :

To plan, coordinate, and supervise the erection and installation of PEB structures at project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor erection activities of PEB structures (columns, rafters, sheeting, purlins, etc.).
• Review and interpret erection drawings and ensure correct implementation at site.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate with fabrication, logistics, and design teams for smooth material flow and site execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks regularly.
• Inspect erection work for quality compliance and prepare checklists.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of work stages.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly.
• Verify measurements and assist in billing and documentation.
